Project management

In the application form there is a section covering questions about the partnership, the financial management and how you are to communicate the project.

The application must contain a description of how you are to manage the project. The description shall consist of internal communication and all other tasks associated with the coordination of the overall project administration. Some of the common tasks associated with administration include coordinating the drafting of the partner reports and final reports and organising the claim procedures for the project partnership, as well as acting as the responsible partner for reporting.
