Written feedback and consultations offered for Regular project ideas regarding call 9

The terms of reference for call 9 for Regular projects is updated on the 27th of May 2026 and more information can be found on this web page.

It will only be possible to apply for funds in some priorities and specific objectives and therefore also written feed-back and consultations will only be offered for the specific objectives where it is possible to apply for funds. You can read more about the sub-areas and specific objectives on this web page.

Priority 2 – NOTE! All specific objectives are open for both sub-areas but specific objective 2.2 is only open for projects working with air quality and noise reduction

How to request written feedback or a consultation
Request written feedback or a consultation (regarding open specific objectives and sub-areas above) by sending an email to interregaurora@lansstyrelsen.se with the attached project idea template for written feedback or a brief project description for a consultation.

Once the request is received, the Interreg Aurora team will contact you with feedback or to schedule a consultation.
• Feedback and consultations are not provided during July, the vacation period.
• It is not mandatory to submit early project ideas or ask for a consultation before applying in the call.
• There is no guarantee that you will have a positive outcome in the application phase even if you get positive feedback in the written feedback or consultation stage.

WRITTEN FEEDBACK

ONE-HOUR CONSULTATIONS 

  • A brief project description shall be submitted (short and clear text) between the 1st of June and the 14th of August 2026.

The project description for consultations shall include info about the problem your project aims to solve, the cross-border added value, the proposed project partnership and the expected outcomes after project completion.
