Written feedback offered for regular projects in all priorities and both sub-areas, Aurora and Sápmi
• Ideas shall be submitted on the project idea template between the 1st of June and the 14th of August 2026.

One-hour consultations offered for regular projects in all priorities for sub-area Sápmi and in priority 2, 3 and 4 for sub-area Aurora.
• A brief project description shall be submitted (short and clear text) between the 1st of June and the 14th of August 2026.

The project description for consultations shall include info about:
– The problem your project aims to solve
– The cross-border added value
– The proposed project partnership
– The expected outcomes after project completion

NOTE! One-hour consultations can be offered even earlier for regular project ideas within specific objective 2.2 and 2.3 for both sub-areas if you have a project idea in the below areas:
• Specific objective 2.2, projects working with protection, restoration, and sustainable use of Natura 2000 sites, improved air quality or increased noise reduction
• Specific objective 2.3, projects working with sustainable mobility
• A brief project description regarding the above areas in 2.2 and 2.3 can be submitted between the 9th of Feb and the 14th of August 2026.

Request written feedback or a consultation by sending an email to interregaurora@lansstyrelsen.se with the attached project idea template for written feedback or a brief project description for a consultation.

Once the request is received, the Interreg Aurora team will contact you with feedback or to schedule a consultation.
• Feedback and consultations are not provided during July, the vacation period.
• It is not mandatory to submit early project ideas or ask for a consultation before applying in the call.
• There is no guarantee that you will have a positive outcome in the application phase even if you get positive feedback in the written feedback or consultation stage.
