How to request written feedback
Send an email to interregaurora@lansstyrelsen.se with your idea described on the project idea template.

When?
Project ideas aiming for call 8 may be submitted from the 1 November until the 31 December 2025. You can expect written feedback on your idea during January 2026.

Note!

  • There is no guarantee that you will have a positive outcome in the application phase even if you get positive written feedback in this stage.
  • If you get what can be considered a negative feedback, you can try to solve the issue and apply anyway.

One-hour Online Consultations

Not mandatory, but a possibility.

For regular projects within:

Sub-Area Aurora
All priorities and specific objectives, except specific objective 1.1 Smart specialization, research and innovation.

Sub-Area Sápmi
All priorities and specific objectives.

How to request a consultation
Send an email to interregaurora@lansstyrelsen.se with a brief description of your project idea. Be sure to include the following information: (written in short and clear text):

  • The problem your project aims to solve.
  • The cross-border added value
  • The proposed project partnership
  • The expected outcomes after project completion

When?
If you have a project idea aiming for call 8, you can send in your request for a consultation from the 1 November 2025 until 31 December 2025.

Once we receive your request, the Interreg Aurora team will contact you in the beginning of January 2026 to schedule a consultation.
