The 6th Interreg Aurora call for Small-scale project applications and the 8th call Regular project applications closed on 9 March 2026. Interreg Aurora has received a total of 78 project applications, marking an all-time high for the programme. Thank you to all our applicants for your submitted project ideas for cross-border cooperation.
Small-scale project applications
Totally 12 Small-scale applications was submitted, 9 applications within sub-area Aurora and 3 applications within sub-area Sápmi. The Steering Committees for both sub-areas will prioritize the Small-scale applications through a written procedure in April–May 2026.
Regular project applications
Totally 66 Regular applications was submitted. The applications will be processed by the Joint Secretariat during this spring. The Steering Committee for sub-area Aurora will meet in June 2026 to prioritize the Regular project applications.
