Between 6–16 November 2025, five musicians from Sweden, Norway, Finland and India join forces in Jollywood, a new world music ensemble performing ten concerts across northern Sweden, Finland and Norway.
Blending Arctic folk traditions with Indian classical and popular music, the ensemble explores the meeting between North and South, tradition and innovation – resulting in a unique and emotional musical experience.
Led by Norwegian composer and bassist Svein Schultz, the group features Indian singer and multi-instrumentalist Sanjay Khan, Finnish-Swedish artists Charlotta Kerbs and Görel Särs, and Swedish violinist and folk musician Daniel Wikslund.
The tour is produced in collaboration between Norrbotten World (Norrbottensmusiken), Arctic Pulse, and Musik i Norr, with active participation from project partners in Finland and Norway.
