The projects aims to achieve a better understanding of barriers to cross-border collaboration between universities in the Kvarken region by connecting representatives from each organization in order to develop existing and facilitating new relations between institutions. Based on highlighted challenges and border obstacles the project will identify specific cases where the aforementioned organizations see major synergies in increased cooperation in order to utilise collective strengths and support knowledge sharing for a sustainable development of the region. Identified areas in need of actions will, if appropriate, be formed into at least one further application for support from suitable sources.
