The Interreg Aurora funded project Createch North: AI Leap enhances the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in creative technologies through AI expertise development. The project brings together partners across Finland, Sweden, and Norway to make AI accessible and practical for Arctic creative professionals.
Through hands-on Createch Jams, an AI Masterclass, business mentoring, hackathons, and policy development, we’re building real tools, connecting a cross-border community, and creating tangible business opportunities. The project will result in an open-access tool repository, 3 prototypes, a publicly available masterclass, and documented business cases demonstrating AI’s value for the creative sector.
Our goal is to have at least 50 % of participating MSMEs reporting improved productivity, proving competence increase and making the Arctic a hub for AI-driven creative innovation.
PROJECT OBJECTIVE:
To enhance the competitiveness of MSMEs in creative technologies through the development of AI expertise, resulting in improved productivity, stronger cross-border networks, and sustainable business growth in the Aurora region.
