Professionals in practical forestry are invited to take part in a unique two-day study trip in northern Sweden and Finland, focusing on climate change adaptation in forest management and the handling of damages caused by Scots pine blister rust and moose browsing.
The trip is organized by the EU Interreg Aurora project ClimateForest and aims to strengthen cross-border cooperation and knowledge sharing among forestry professionals.
The study trip will take place on October 7–8 2025 and is designed for those working with forest regeneration, pre-commercial thinning, and thinning in areas affected by scots pine blister rust.
