Welcome to a Nordic Matchmaking Event

Welcome to Rovaniemi, Finland on 16-17 November for a Nordic Matchmaking Event to meet new partners, catch up with old ones, and network with Nordic project partners.

12.30 – 14.00 Plenary session: Opening words, practical information, Lapland region welcomes you, Greetings from Interreg Aurora and Interreg NPA
14.00 – 15.30 Thematic groups: Tourism and Culture, Circular Economy, Research and Innovation, Safety and Security, Energy Efficiency, Nature and Biodiversity, Climate Change Adaptation
15.30 – 18.00 Matchmaking: in person or online
18.00 – 18.30 Closing remarks Day 1
18.30               Get-together

Thursday 17.11. 
9.00 – 9.30     Registration
9.30 – 10.45   Plenary session: Practical information, Summaries of the Thematic groups, Launching new publication ‘EU Project Planning and Management Handbook’
10.45 – 13.45  Matchmaking: in person or online, and Project clinics with desk officers (Interreg Aurora and Interreg NPA)
13.45 – 14.00  Closing remarks

Plenary sessions will be streamed for online participants. Thematic groups: in-person, but online participation is also enabled. In thematic groups, you can pitch your project idea, participate in general discussion, and network with others interested in the same topic.

The event is organized by the KATOS project in collaboration with Interreg Aurora and Interreg Northern Periphery and Arctic programmes.
