RESILOG is an Interreg Aurora funded small-scale project. The cross-border feasibility study will explore how resilient logistics hubs can strengthen east–west transport flows across Northern Sweden, Northern Finland and Northern Norway. The project addresses shared challenges in the High North, including long distances, Arctic conditions, limited transport corridors and vulnerable supply chains. Through stakeholder dialogue, mapping of logistics nodes, transport routes and bottlenecks, and analysis of alternative fuels and locally sourced energy solutions, RESILOG will develop a shared understanding of how a future cross-border logistics hub network could improve security of supply, reduce emissions and support sustainable regional development. The project will result in recommendations and a roadmap for a larger Interreg follow-up project.
